2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the j8jl platform. 2.3 Single Account. Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on j8jl. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts.
2.4 Exclusion Lists. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who are subject to mandatory exclusion under any applicable Philippine regulatory or court order, are not eligible to use j8jl.
3.1 To access real-money gambling services on j8jl, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
3.2 j8jl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all registered players before real-money play is permitted. 4.1 j8jl accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and QR Ph (InstaPay). All transactions are denominated in PHP.
4.2 Minimum Deposit: ₱100. Minimum Withdrawal: ₱500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier.
4.3 Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your j8jl account balance instantly upon receipt. Bank transfer deposits may require up to two (2) hours to reflect during standard banking hours.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) hours for GCash and Maya during regular operating hours (GMT+8). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on banking days.
4.5 j8jl may perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations before a withdrawal is released.
4.6 j8jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for deposit where technically feasible.
4.7 j8jl does not charge standard transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, transaction fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g., GCash service charges) are the player's responsibility.
5.1 j8jl may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback, and other promotional rewards to registered players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
5.2 General Bonus Rules. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

6.4 In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game session, j8jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. 6.5 j8jl's decisions on game outcomes, void bets, and disputed wagers are final and binding, subject to review under the j8jl dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, j8jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the j8jl platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures attributable to third-party infrastructure beyond j8jl's reasonable control.
10.2 j8jl's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by the player to j8jl in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits j8jl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11.1 j8jl may amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via a notice posted on the j8jl website at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
11.2 Your continued use of the j8jl platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the j8jl platform shall first be submitted to j8jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting j8jl support. j8jl will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
12.3 Disputes that cannot be resolved through j8jl's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its player dispute resolution procedures.
12.4 Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
